Elizabeth Mae MacDonald

The death of Elizabeth Mae (Crane) MacDonald happened on March 10, 2010 at Beach Grove Home, Charlottetown, PEI. Elizabeth was born May 1, 1918, the daughter of Ward and Bessie (Elizabeth MacPhee) Crane of Riverton. She was predeceased by her husband Roderick A. MacDonald in 1995, her brothers Bruce, John, Herbert, Alfred, Robert, and sisters Emily, Mary, Rose, Lottie, granddaughter Katrina Cummings, stepson Waldo Squires (survived by wife Judy), and son-in-law Lloyd Stewart. She leaves behind her sister Reta Irvin, sisters-in-law Joyce Crane, Margaret Crane, Jean Crane, her sons John (Geneva), Reubin (Lynne), and William MacDonald, and daughters Aretta Bessuille, Heather Stewart, Barbara MacDonald, Charlotte MacDonald, (Gordon Greene), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home on Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2010. Interment in Midgell Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations to Beach Grove Home Sunset Unit, or a charity of your choice are appreciated. Please refrain from wearing scents due to severe allergies.
