Andrew (Andy) Harold Landry

It is with heavy hearts the family of Andrew “Andy” Harold Landry, loving husband of Elizabeth “Honey” (Murnaghan) Landry, announces his peaceful passing which occurred on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at his residence, surrounded by his family. Born in Charlottetown, PE on October 30, 1961, he is the son of the late Harold and Dorothy (Morriside) Landry. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Linda McCormick, father and mother-in-law Lolie and Marcy Murnaghan, brother-in-law Mike Murnaghan and canine companion Oliver.  

Besides his loving and devoted wife of 35 years, Honey, he is survived by his sons Big Jeff Shane (Meghan), Zach Landry (Hayden MacKinnon) and Jeff Landry (Katherine Koughan), grandchildren Cayson Landry, Olivia Shane, Aidan Shane and Teagan Shane. He is also survived by his siblings John Landry (Linda), Judy West (Rick), Robert Landry (Sandy), Cindy Long (Roger), Mike Landry (Fay) and Stephen Landry, brothers-in-law Greg McCormick, Jack Murnaghan (Anne), Peter Murnaghan (Angelie) and Kenneth Murnaghan (Tammy), sister-in-law Cathy Toombs (Harry) and many nieces and nephews.  

Andy worked for the province as an Electrical Inspector for many years. Andy and Honey enjoyed many country drives on their Harley Davidson. He was an avid sportsman, loved hockey and baseball and was a lifelong fan of the Blue Jays. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be missed by all who knew him.  

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held in the reception centre of Belvedere Funeral Home on Friday, May 19 from 2-5 p.m. Donations in memory of Andy may be made to the PEI Humane Society.
