Surrounded by the love of her family and with an appreciation for a life well lived, the death of Annette Mary MacKinnon occurred on January 16, 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 65 years. Annette is survived by her husband, Wade.
Annette will be dearly missed by her mother, Dianne; her loving children, Jennifer (Nathan), and Darren (Ashleigh); her adored granddaughter, Ellen; the MacKinnon Family; as well as many nieces and nephews, neighbours on the Royalty, and friends. She is survived by her siblings, Robbie (Dawn), Rhonda, and Lori (Donnie).
Annette was predeceased by her father, Charles MacLaren.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20 from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m.
A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, January 21 at 10 a.m. followed by a reception in the funeral home reception center.
Interment in the Sherwood Cemetery will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Annette may be made to Provincial Palliative Care Center or the PEI Cancer Treatment Center.
