It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barb Israel on March 10th at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 93. She will be greatly missed by daughters Sandra MacEachern and Sherri Israel and her beloved grand children Drew MacEachern (LeVi Pham) and Alison MacEachern (Devin Costello).

Barbara was born March 4,1933 to Cecil Rhodes Campbell and Estelle Morrison MacLaughlin of New Wiltshire PEI. Barbara is survived by siblings Trevor (Muriel) Campbell and Ewen (Lynda) Campbell. Barbara is predeceased by her husband, William Lorne Israel and siblings and their spouses Lloyd, Robert (Rowena) Campbell, Doreen (Bruce) Atkins, Lutie (Dale) Somers, Jeannie (Edward) McCrossin, and Sandra Campbell. Also predeceased by brothers’ and sisters’ in- law, Barbara Campbell, Raymond (Margaret) Israel, Kenneth (Marion) Israel, George Israel and Walter Israel. Barbara will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.

Barbara is resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until cremation takes place. At Barbara’s personal request, there will be no visitation.
