Bridget Ann (MacDonald) Gallant

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bridget Ann (nee MacDonald) Gallant announces her passing which occurred at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 at the age of 83 years. Bridget was the wife of the late Benny Gallant.

Bridget was born in Souris, PE on January 11, 1941 to the late James and Lottie (Cheverie) MacDonald.

She is survived by her children, Carla (Jerry), Bonnie, Michael (Jacki), Gary, and Shirley; sisters, Gail MacDonald and Lynn Wonnacott (Eric); as well as her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, George, Ann, Dolly, Gary, Jimmy and Alan.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. There will be no visitation or funeral service by personal request.  

Donations in Bridget’s memory may be made to the PEI Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
