Cathy Ann Giddings

Surrounded by the love of her family and with an appreciation for a life well lived, the death of Cathy Ann Giddings occurred on January 1st, 2025 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 69 years. Cathy is survived by her husband, Roger Giddings. Cathy was born on May 2, 1955 to the late Errol and Nancy (nee Pound) MacEachern.

Cathy will be dearly missed by her loving children, Craig (Cheryl) and Kent (Kelsey). Cathy leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Emma and Dylan. 

Cathy is also survived by her brother, Gary (Rose); sisters-in-law, Georgie Curley and Debbie and Clifton Walker; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her father and mother, Cathy was predeceased by her sister, Carol Marie. 

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd from 4-7 p.m. 
A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, January 4th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception in the Belvedere Funeral Home Reception Centre. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Cathy may be made to Cancer Treatment Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or the PEI Humane Society.
