Cleveland was born at his homestead in Hampshire, PEI to his late parents Redvers and Freda (Proud). He spent his career working for various airline companies in Montreal that gave him the opportunity to travel and work many different places in Canada. When he retired, he enjoyed traveling with his wife Joan exploring different parts of the world. After the passing of his wife in 2020, Cleveland was able to return to PEI where he lived with Gary and Bonnie until his passing, coming full circle to his beginnings.
