Dianne Carol (Fouchere) Murray

Dianne Carol (Fouchere) Murray, loving spouse of George Johnston, passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Beach Grove Home. Born in Montague, PE, on February 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lawrence and Gladys Margaret (Farrell) Fouchere. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son Eddie Ramsay and brothers Rudolph and Merrill. 

In addition to her spouse of 40 years, George, she is survived by her children Russell Ramsay (Marina), Norman Ramsay (Nancy), Scottie Ramsay (Pamela) and Brianne Stewart; daughter-in-law Gwen; grandchildren: Daryll, Lindsey (Kale), Adam (Emma-Lee), Jerrica, Maverick (Kayla), Hunter, Halle and Alexander; great grandchildren: Elliot, Emerson, Logan, Lennon, Mya, Delilah and Sage; sisters-in-law Mary Petitpas (Ray, dec.), Roxanne Beck (Cameron) and Darlene Simmonds (Donnie), her canine companion Archie and several nieces and nephews.

Dianne was a devoted spouse, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her family was the most important to her. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, playing cards and listening to music.

A celebration of life will be held in the Reception Room of Belvedere Funeral Home, on Saturday, March 28, from 1-3. Interment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
