Elizabeth “Betty Ann” Kiley passed away peacefully at her home in Stratford on March 16, 2026, at the age of 82.

Betty Ann was the beloved wife of the late Joe Kiley, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage and a lifetime of love and devotion. She was a cherished mother to her three sons: Kevin (Caroline), Sean (Meredith), and Paul (Lisa). She found her greatest joy in her family and was a proud grandmother to Matthew, Meghan, Breanne, Cameron, Holly, Ronan, Isabella, Emma, Michael and Brynn.

She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Marie Beek (late Jim), Dee Dee Carter (Roy), Geraldine Corcoran (Edward), Jack Flanagan (Judy), Keith Flanagan, Jim Flanagan, Kevin Flanagan (Marielle), Debbie McGrath (Dan), and by her sisters-in-law Marie Flanagan and Mary Hickey (Gerald).

Betty Ann was predeceased by her parents, Martin and Elizabeth (Doyle) Flanagan; her parents-in-law, John and Irene (Smith) Kiley; her brothers Joseph Flanagan (Kathleen), Edward Flanagan (Marie) and Paul Flanagan (Lorna); and her brother-in-law, Louis Kiley.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 1:30 pm, then to St. Pius X Church for Funeral Mass at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.

Visitation will be held at Belvedere Funeral Home on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 pm.

Memorial donations in Betty Ann’s memory may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.

Known for her kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering dedication to her family, Betty Ann’s warmth and generosity touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
