Frances Caroline Williams, loving wife of the late John MacKenzie Williams, passed away peacefully at the Garden Home on Monday, February 17, 2025.
Born in 1931, Frances Caroline (Frankie to those who knew her best) daughter of George and Jean (Smith) Tuplin. Beloved and faithful wife of John Williams (deceased). Mother of Susan (Dick) Young, Rick (deceased) (Lorie), Betty (deceased) (Brent) Jarvis, Bob, and George (Yolanda). All of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were so special to her. Sister to Georgie (deceased) (Al) Nunn (deceased) and Myrna (Don) (deceased) Chapman.
Her favorite memories were of growing up on Murray Road. with all her family and friends and neighbors there. She was loved and cherished. We will miss her talented hands that were seldom idle, her vivid storytelling, and her warm hugs. She was so dear.
“She speaks with wisdom and faithful instruction is on her tongue… Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her… a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” Proverbs 31.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, with visitation on Saturday, February 22 from 1 – 3 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the chapel. The Order of the Eastern Star will hold a Service of Remembrance at the funeral home at 2:45 p.m. Interment will take place at St. Peter’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Foxley River in the spring.
