Francis McQuaid

With his loving wife Nancy by his side and an appreciation for a life well lived, the death of John Joseph Francis "Frankie" McQuaid of Charlottetown occurred on June 29, 2025, at the QEH at the age of 89 years. Frankie was born in Charlottetown on March 6, 1936, to the late Mary (Manning) and Alexius McQuaid. Frankie will be dearly missed by his son, Collin McQuaid (Halifax, NS). He leaves behind his adored grandchildren, Dakota and Damian McQuaid.

Frankie will be laid to rest at St. Ann's Cemetery following a private service at the Belvedere Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
