George Gordon Gillespie

The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, of George Gordon Gillespie of Cornwall, age 86.

Survived by his loving wife, Beverley (Jewell). Daughter, Marilyn (Juan Carlos) Bolomey and Son, Glen (Tracey). Proud grampie of Sawyer and Cody. Survived by brother and sisters: Ethel (Mel, dec.) MacQuarrie, Carol Murray, Wayne (Denise), sister-in-law Thelma Gillespie. Predeceased by his parents John and Sadie (MacEachern) Gillespie and brother Douglas.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, with visitation on Sunday, July 20 from 2-5 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, July 21 at 10:30 a.m. at the West River United Church, Cornwall. Burial in Cornwall United Church Cemetery.
