George Irving Vail

With great sadness & heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our favorite uncle, George Irving Vail, who passed away peacefully at home on November 21, 2025.

Reunited in heaven with his parents, Irving & Guida, his siblings, Ernest (Vera), Marjorie & Irvena. Lovingly remembered & fondly missed by his siblings, Richard (Mary), Alice (Ivan) & Estelle (Lorne), along with 13 nieces & nephews, 14 great nieces & nephews, 13 great great nieces & nephews.

George was a beloved brother, a proud uncle & a cherished friend to all who knew him. His profession was mechanic, but he was a jack of all trades. He exemplified unwavering strength, compassion & positivity in all that he did. 

George's presence brought so much joy to everyone around him. He was a man of great kindness & generosity. Always willing to help anyone who crossed his path, any way he could.. whether it be fixing something or just being there to listen. He had a way of making people feel valued & loved.

George was a kid at heart. At any family gathering, you knew you could always find him where the kids were.. being foolish, getting into shenanigans, making them laugh. He also enjoyed fishing, telling stories, western books & movies. And oh how he loved Pepsi.

Honoring George's wishes, there will be no service. Instead we celebrate his life. So dearly loved & deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him, he will live on forever in our hearts.
