Gladys (Kays) Dirani

Peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, the passing of Gladys Dirani (nee Kays) occurred on December 29th, 2024 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 91 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Abe and son, Billy. 

Gladys is survived by her children, Linda Lockert (Chris -deceased) and Susan (Mark Kane); grandchildren, Angela (Tommy), Jeff (Amelia), Cara (Kyle), Andrew (Charlotte), and Sophie (Lee); as well as her many great-grandchildren and her great-great-grandchild. She will also be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her mother and father and her seven brothers.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2nd from 3-6 p.m. A funeral will be held at St. Peter's Cathedral on Friday, January 3rd at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the church hall.
