Helen Lucreatia (Carmody) MacGregor

It is with heavy hearts, and appreciation for a life well lived, the family of Helen Lucreatia MacGregor, announces her peaceful passing which occurred on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Mount Continuing Care Community. Born in Charlottetown, PE on June 9, 1920, she was the daughter of the late William Warren and Helen (Worth) Carmody. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her first husband Colin B. Power, her second husband Reginald MacGregor; her daughter Connie Lamey; her granddaughter Carey Lee and her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children John Power (Glenda), Kaye Rodd (Strothard) and Jim Power (Irene); 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was the last surviving member of the William and Helen (Worth) Carmody Family. She was very active with the CNIB; and she enjoyed doing crafts, knitting, painting and sewing.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, with her funeral service on Wednesday, May 15 at 10:30 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to her funeral service. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Helen may be made to the CNIB.
