Hollis Parker Newson

We are saddened to announce the passing of Hollis Parker Newson at home on June 25, 2025 at the age of 77 years.

Hollis is survived by his wife, Beryl; his children, Jeff, Julie (Andrey) and Colby (Kendra); his stepchildren, Troy Moore and Justin Moore; and his grandchildren, Nevin, Ashley, Daisy and Levi.

He was predeceased by his parents, Parker and Florence (Younker) Newson.

Hollis will be remembered for his love of farming and especially his keen interest in Holstein cows, John Deere tractors, and harness racing. He was also a huge fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th from 4-7 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday June 28 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in East Wiltshire Cemetery.
