Joan Doreen (Steeves) MacKinley

Peacefully at the home of her grandson and family where she now resided and formerly of North River on Friday, May 19, 2023, the death occurred of Joan Doreen MacKinley, age 85.

She will be lovingly remembered by her loving son Kevin (Carolyn) and daughter Janice (Donnie), grandchildren Jason (Julie), Nathan (Shelby), Victoria (Andrew), David (Karrie Anne) and great grandchildren Jake (Ashley), Jeremy (Abby), Jack, Rachael, Blair, Payton, Harrison, Olivia, Cecilia, Kinley and Dawson, and her buddy Hunter. Predeceased by her husband Leroy MacKinley, brother Wilfred (Lola) and niece Elaine.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home with visitation on Monday, May 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by a graveside service at Highfield Cemetery. Memorials to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital would be appreciated.
