Leonard McQuillan

Leonard McQuillan joined his beloved wife Irma in heaven on Friday, November 1, 2024.  Father to their children, Myrna (Jeff) LeClair, Patricia (Mike) Daly, Edward (Sandra) McQuillan, Peter McQuillan, Michael (Marni) McQuillan, Robert (Shannon) McQuillan, Darcy (Sherry) McQuillan, Angela (Todd) Gallant, Cheryl (Boris) Samu and Richard (Justine) McQuillan. Adored by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Brother of Freda, Kay, Edwina, Judy, Jim and Fred.  Remembered by both McQuillan and Aylward in-laws, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and many wonderful extended families.  

Predeceased by parents, Joe and Gertie McQuillan; sister, Patricia; brothers, Frank, William and Kenny; brother-in-law, Carl Bertram; sisters-in-law, Sr. Myrna Aylward, Sue, Angie, Jane and Marion Aylward; as well as brother-in-law, Ralph Watts; daughter-in-law, Carol McQuillan; and grandson, Merrick McQuillan.  

Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home with visitation Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 from 4:00 -7:00 pm and funeral service to be held there on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 at 10:30 am.  Private burial to be held at St. Eugene’s Church in Covehead with private family reception to follow.  For those unable to attend in person, a live stream of the service is available by following this link: Live Stream- Leonard McQuillan.
