Born in Charlottetown, he is the son of Doreen Huggan (nee Marshall) and the late Douglas Huggan.
Loving partner of Sylvia MacQuarrie. Dear father of Tracy Huggan, Daryl (Tracy), Cathy(Mitchell), Craig (Cora).
Step daughter Lori MacKinnon. Lester is survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Step-Brother of Harold, Barry, Wendy and Donna. Predeceased by his Step-father Thomas Bambrick, Step brother Wayne Davies and Step-Son Alan MacQuarrie.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. No Visitation or Funeral Service by personal request .
