At the Whisperwood Villa on November 7th, 2023 our precious Gram Maud MacNeill (Sims) nee Campbell formerly of Park Corner, age 107 years, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love.
Left to mourn are Maud’s grandchildren Donna Carew (Merrill), Karen Ellis (Fred), Amy Burgoyne (Ross), Michael Simms (Alison) and Jeff Simms (Rebecca), Susan Simms-Pollard; great grandchildren Steven Carew (Neriley), Jamie Carew (Penny) and Cheri Carew, Corey Ellis (Brittany), Kaitlin Laybolt (Adam), Kendra Oliver-Dares (Devon), Caleb Simms (Rachel), Micah Simms (Rachel), Riley and Roman Simms, MacKenzie Simms, Lyndsay Pollard and Jessie and Donnie Fielding; great-great-grandchildren Isaiah, Jonah, Declan, Tegan Carew, Mila Oliver-Dares, Elisha Simms, Oliver and Emerson Ellis, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her first husband Warren Sims and her second husband Lloyd MacNeill, by her sons Donald Sims (Elaine), David Simms (Sandra) and George Sims (Linda) and also brothers and sisters John, Donald, Elizabeth, Amy Burke (Fred), James, Georgie MacLeod (Bruce), and nephew Carl MacLeod and niece Beverly Gunning and grandson Larry Sims.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday November 10th, 2023 at 1:30 P.M. Interment in Geddie Memorial Cemetery, Springbrook.
