Marjorie Stewart Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Marjorie Jean (Adams) Stewart, loving wife of Rev. C. Huntley Stewart, announce her peaceful passing which occurred on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre. Born in Charlottetown, PE on March 7, 1946, she was the daughter of the late George and Irene (Frizzell) Adams. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Beverley.

In addition to her husband Huntley of 26 years, she is survived by her stepsons Oral Stewart (Jaime), Kevin Stewart (Nancy) and Shawn Stewart (Connie); grandchildren Carrie (Josh), Christopher (Heather), Michaella (Luke), Nicole (Kerry), Emma, Danielle, Colby, Braden, Jacob, Blake, Jerikah and Brooklyn; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was a member of various singing groups throughout the years, making many friends. She was an avid volunteer at the QEH. She will be missed by her family and all who knew her.
