Mary Margaret Waddell

Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Whisperwood Villa, Charlottetown, on Monday, June 17, 2024 of Mary Waddell (nee Matheson), aged 91 years.

Reunited with her husband of 62 years Wyman Waddell (2015) and siblings Helen, George, Dena, Florence, Jane, John and Gordon. Loving mother of David (Paulette), Arthur (Dorothy), Dale (Joanne), Ross (Elaine), Rosemary Woodworth (Barry) and Gordon (Linda). Loving grandmother of Christopher, Jonathan, Rachel, Colin, David, Kristen, Matthew, Joel, Sarah, Lucas, Andrew, Hannah, Noah, Laura, Ellen, Mary and 14 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother William and sister Belle.

She took great pride in her church, her family and her hand made crafts.  Making quilts and afghans gave her great joy and are treasured by many family and friends.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Sunday June  23rd, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. The memorial service will be held at Belvedere Chapel on Monday June 24th at 11 a.m. To view the livestream of the service click on the following link Livestream.
