Surrounded by the love of her family, Melody Kaye passed away on June 30th, 2025, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, to be with her Heavenly Father and Savior Christ Jesus. Melody was a tremendous servant of the Lord and will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 50 years, Doug Kaye.

Melody was born to Edwin Mitchell and the late Ruth Mitchell. She will be dearly missed by her loving children Chris Kaye (Hollie) Nick Kaye (Veronica) and Lacy-Jane Kamphuis (Matthew). She leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Anna, Emma, Jayden, Hunter, Christabelle, Scarlett, Avander and Charlotte.

Melody is survived by her siblings, Tim (Ivy-Ann), Carol Ann (Jack), Tyler, Trevor and Terri (John). In addition to her mother, Melody was predeceased by her brother Stephen.

A private family interment will take place in Fair Haven Cemetery, Moncton.
