Naomi May Robinson (Coughlin, MacLure), a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully in her sleep on 16 January 2026 surrounded by her loving family.
On 08 March 1937, Naomi was born to Charles and Lorena (Mitchell) Coughlin of Cascumpec.
She is survived by her loving husband, Virden Robinson of Brackley Beach; daughter, Gloria (Patrick) Dorgan of Summerside; son, Allan MacLure of North Rustico; granddaughter, Stephanie Dorgan (Marcus MacPhee) and great-grandchildren, Veronica and Kace of Cornwall; special niece, Wanda (Dave) Loewen of Edmonton, AB; stepdaughters, Betty Robinson of Charlottetown and Miriam Neill of Brackley Beach and their families.
Sisters-in-law, Rose (Gilmour (dec)) Coughlin of Summerside, Joan (Elvin (dec)) Coughlin of Trenton, ON, and Diann (Jesse (dec)) Coughlin of Abbotsford, BC.
Naomi is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews from the Coughlin and MacLure families whom she loved dearly.
She was predeceased by her son Dale MacLure and grandson Charlie Dorgan.
She was the last living member of her siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lucy (Al) Smith of Summerside; brothers, Kenneth (Jenny) of Summerside, Elvin of Trenton, ON, Everett (Olive) of St Eleanors, Gilmour (Marjorie) of Summerside, Bannie (Freda) of Summerside, Jesse of Abbotsford, William and Russell of Cascumpec; and special in-laws, Sadie and Ernest MacLure of North Rustico.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Cavendish Community Cemetery Fund.
As per her request, there will be no funeral service. Burial will take place at a later date.
Naomi was cherished by all who knew her. We will miss her greatly!
