Patricia McCardle

Surrounded by the love of her family the death of Patricia McCardle of Charlottetown occurred on September 23, 2025 at the QEH. Formerly of Middleton, predeceased by her parents Albert (Bert) McCardle and Norma (Tierney).

Survived by brothers and sisters Elizabeth (Ken-deceased) Stewart of Calgary, Margaret (Dr. Gary) Hedges of Juneau, AK, Virginia (Garth-deceased) McCarvill of Charlottetown, Joe (Connie) of Hampton, Clair of Kensington and Bea (Rick) Hartinger of Charlottetown; sisters-in-law Myrtle McCardle, Joyce McCardle and Marion McCardle; numerous nieces and nephews. Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Edward (Kay-deceased), Wilfred, Johnnie, Kevin, Timmy and sister Suzanne.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1 at 10:30am at St. Malachy’s in Kinkora followed by the interment in the church cemetery. All are then invited to the Kinkora Place for a time of food and fellowship.  

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia may be made to the QEH Foundation.
