Peter James Shelfoon

Peter James Shelfoon passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Born in Charlottetown, PE on February 24, 1947, he was the son of the late Joseph and Kay (McGuigan) Shelfoon. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Joanne Shelfoon and Peggi Lyriotokis.

He is survived by his brother Joe, sister Patricia Robinson (Tom Barker); special friend Belle MacInnis and several nieces and nephews.

Peter worked for highway safety for many years. He enjoyed electronics, cars and woodworking. He will be dearly missed.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
