Phyllis Evelyn (Dover) Watts

Phyllis Evelyn (Dover) Watts, of Suffolk, PE passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7, 2025, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Born in Charlottetown, PE on March 7, 1935, she was the daughter of the late William and Olive (Sanderson) Dover. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Dean, son Brian, and brother Leith Dover.

She is survived by her son Kevin Watts; daughter-in-law Joan Hutchinson; brother Wayne Dover; sister Anne Dover; and nieces and nephews.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, from where her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Central United Church Cemetery, Dunstaffnage in the spring. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Central United Church Cemetery, Dunstaffnage.
