Robert Dwight McClintick

It is with heavy hearts, the family of Robert D “Ardy” McClintick, loving and devoted husband of Mona (Whiteway) and proud father of Ryan, announce his passing on July 8, 2025 at the Palliative Care Centre, age 70 years.

He is survived by his sisters, Cheryl Rogers and Lori Gillis (Ralph) and brothers-in-law, Mark (Donna) Whiteway and Miles (Wanda) Whiteway.

Predeceased by his parents Robert and Anna McClintick, sister Roberta (infancy), brother-in-law, Roy Rogers, nephew Trevor (Karen) and in-laws Robert and Bette Whiteway

Also left to mourn his passing aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He will be greatly missed by many special friends whom he enjoyed spending time with playing hockey (Blackhawks fan), golfing, bowling, fishing, pool, cards and lunches.

He was a music lover, enjoyed reading, storytelling and woodworking.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, from where the visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
