It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Ross MacWilliams on September 9, 2025 at Whisperwood Villa.

Ross was born in Hebron, PE on October 3, 1929. He moved to Hamilton, ON in the 1950’s where he met and married his wife, Connie Sharp on November 12, 1955. They returned to PE in 1958 where Ross worked with his brother, Robert, at the Elmsdale Shell Station. In 1960 they moved to North River, PE where they opened their own Shell Station. In 1965 Ross became the original Deputy Chief of North River Fire Department.  In 1967 Ross and Connie adopted their only son, Kenny in November. Ross retired in 2014 and sold his Shell Station.  He and Connie moved to Whisperwood Villa in February of 2025.

Ross loved travelling, casino adventures and family time with his wife always by his side and his faithful companion, BJ, his black lab who was always with Ross and Connie for every adventure.
