Shawn Cody Walsh

It is with broken hearts the family of Shawn Cody Walsh announces his sudden passing which occurred on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Born in Charlottetown, PE on June 30, 1992, he was the son Tracey Walsh (John Pyke) and Shawn Schofield (Amanda Campbell).

In addition to his parents he is survived by grandparents John and Linda Pyke and Cecil Murl; siblings Logan MacNabb, Nathan Schofield, Tyler Schofield and Ryder Schofield; aunts Dawn Murl, Kellie Schofield and Kim Keddy, uncle Terry Sabourin; special friend Kiana; and his best buddy, his dog Riley. He was predeceased by his Nana Joan Walsh, Bev and Oland Schofield (Bompy).

Cody worked as a construction labourer for Ray MacDonald Construction. He was an avid gamer, loved mountain biking, BMX and skateboarding.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Malcolm J. Darrach Community Center, 1 Avonlea Drive from 2-5 p.m.
