Shirley F. Livingstone

Peacefully, and with an appreciation for a life well lived, the death of Shirley F. Livingstone (nee Woodside) occurred on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the age of 91 years.                                                                                                   

Shirley was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Rollie; her parents, Elton & Elsie Woodside; her parents-in-law, Earle & Mary Livingstone; her brother, Ralph Woodside; her sister, Louise Adams; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Frizzell & Rena Livingstone; brothers-in-law, Keir Adams & Sterling Frizzell.

 She will be missed by her children, Debi (Paul MacKenzie-dec), David (Pat), Dean (Karen); much loved grandsons, Steven (Cathy), Danny (April), David (Jen), Michael (Ashley), & Aaron (Brooke); 13 great-grandchildren, who she adored; her sister-in-law, Betty Woodside; brother-in-law, Harvey Livingstone; numerous nieces & nephews; & her Heartz Road neighbours.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 4-7 p.m.

A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a time of food & fellowship in the Belvedere Funeral Home Reception Center. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens following.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Shirley may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, where she was looked after with kindness & compassion.
