Surrounded by the love of her family and with an appreciation for a life well lived, the death of Shirley West McLeod, wife of the late Clifford McLeod, occurred on April 30, 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 94 years.

Shirley was born on April 22, 1932 to the late Frank MacDonald and Blanche West.

Shirley will be dearly missed by her loving children, Donald (Carla), and David (Anne).

She leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Orin, Vaughn, Rebecca, Sarah, and Nathan, and great-grandchildren Jackson, Aleida, Dini, Alfie, Skye, and Olivia.

Shirley is also survived by her brother-in-law, Stanley MacMillan.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by her sisters, Joyce Deacon, Tappy MacMillan, Marion Ross, and Carol Fraser.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. No visitation by personal request. A public funeral service will be held in the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, May 4th at 2:00 pm.
