Velma Gladys Hogg

It is with heavy hearts, the family of Velma Gladys (nee Chappell) Hogg, loving wife of Lowell Hogg, announces her passing which occurred on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Born in Charlottetown, PE on May 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Edith Chappell.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her daughters Suzan Sentner (Darrell) and Cheryl Young (Gary); brothers Fred and Sterling Chappell. 

In addition to her husband Lowell of 66 years, she is survived by her sons Gary Hogg and Dwight Hogg; grandchildren Sam and Vanessa Hogg, Sarai, Josh, and Jake Sentner, Gabriel, Aysha, Amahri, and Anhais Young; great-granddaughter Lennox Sentner; and several nieces and nephews. 

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, with visitation on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 1- 3, followed by an interment at West River United Church Cemetery, Cornwall.
