Wanda Louise Ings

It is with heavy hearts and appreciation for a life well lived, the family of Wanda Louise Ings (nee Larsen), announces her peaceful passing which occurred on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Andrews of Stratford.

Born in Tyron, PE, on September 29, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Aage and Algunda (Svensen) Larsen. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Maurice Ings; siblings Tove Larsen, Harold Larsen (Aletha), Albert Larsen, Johnny Larsen, Bessie Morrison (John), Margaret Panton (Neil), Florence Panton (Boynton), Lester Larsen (Gloria).

She is survived by her children Allison (Johanne), Irene Lenentine (Terry), Margaret Byrne (Gary), and David (Kim Asling-Ings); 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; siblings Louis Larsen (Kathleen), Roderick Larsen (Sigrid, dec.); sisters-in-law Barb Larsen and Louise Larsen; and many nieces and nephews.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, with visitation on Thursday, June 5 from 4-7 pm.

Her funeral service will be held from Christ Church, Cherry Valley on Friday, June 6 at 2 p.m. followed by the interment in the church cemetery.

The family would like to express special thanks to the wonderful staff at Andrews of Stratford for their loving care for the past 5 years.
